PONTO is operated by Jeffrey, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it. Last updated: April 2026.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address (if applicable), and order details. When you sign up for updates we collect your email address only. We do not collect payment card data — payments are handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
Order data is used solely to fulfil your order and send you a confirmation. Your email is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
We use functional cookies only — to remember your cart and order preferences between visits. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No third-party cookies are set by this site.
Order notifications are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), which is GDPR-compliant. Order data is stored in Formspree for up to 30 days, then deleted. Cart data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to any server unless you place an order.
Under Dutch and EU law you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights email us at info@pontocorner.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will respond within 30 days.
